FlyUtils

Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to your data when you use FlyUtils.

Tools that run locally in your browser

Most FlyUtils tools — text, JSON, color, date, password, hash and QR code tools among them — process your input entirely on your device using JavaScript. That input is never transmitted to our servers. Closing the tab or clearing the field removes it completely; we have no copy of it.

Tools that need a server request

A small number of tools may need to contact a server to look up reference data (for example, a status code or MIME type table). Those pages state this clearly. We do not log the content of what you type into any tool.

Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to see which tools are opened and used (e.g. "tool opened", "tool used") so we know what to improve. We do not send the text, passwords, JSON, images or any other content you enter into a tool to analytics.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for essential functionality: remembering your language choice and, for the admin area, keeping you signed in. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Advertising

Some pages may show ads (including third-party ad networks) to help keep FlyUtils free. Ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own privacy policies.
